Acceptance of Terms

User Conduct & Fair Play
- Drivers must maintain sportsmanship at all times on the track.
- Intentional crashing, corner-cutting, or exploiting game mechanics will result in immediate bans.
- Respect the decisions of the Official Stewards in all disputes.
- Accounts are strictly personal; sharing accounts to boost rankings is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, liveries, tracks, logos, and software, is the property of Project Racer or its licensors. Users may not extract, modify, or distribute these assets without explicit permission. User-generated content remains the property of the creator, but by submitting it, you grant Project Racer a non-exclusive license to use it within the platform.
Termination
Project Racer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Project Racer, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
Account Rules
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Sharing accounts is strictly forbidden
- Account names must be appropriate and non-offensive
- In-game UID linking is permanent and cannot be changed
Code of Conduct
All users must:
- Treat all community members with respect
- Race fairly and within the rules
- Report incidents honestly and accurately
- Accept steward decisions gracefully
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Not exploit bugs or use unauthorized modifications
- Not engage in cheating or match-fixing
Club & Team Management
- Club owners are responsible for their team's conduct
- Club names and tags must be unique and appropriate
- Ownership transfer requires all parties' consent
- Club owners cannot delete their accounts without transferring ownership
- Teams must honor event commitments once registered
Intellectual Property
All content on Project Racer, including logos, designs, text, and code, is owned by Project Racer or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission. User-generated content (club logos, profile photos) remains your property, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Project Racer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or disputes with other users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Serious violations may result in permanent bans. You may delete your account at any time, subject to club ownership restrictions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by international digital service standards. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
